International Tagus Natural Park

Habitats: International Valley of the river Tagus and its tributaries, rocky outcrops and scarps, sclerophyllous scrubland, holm-oak groves and forests, riverside woodland, dams and reservoirs, cultivated fields, pastureland and fallow land.
Main species: Eurasian Griffon Vulture, Eurasian Black Vulture, Egyptian Vulture, Golden Eagle, Bonelli’s Eagle, Booted Eagle, Short-toed Eagle, Montagus’s Harrier, Eurasian Hobby, Black Stork, White Stork, Great Spotted Cuckoo, Red-necked Nightjar, Eurasian Eagle Owl, European Bee-eater, Eurasian Hoopoe, Alpine Swift, Thekla Lark, Eurasian Crag Martin, Red-rumped Swallow, Blue Rock Thrush, Subalpine Warbler, Orphean Warbler, Azure-winged Magpie, Common Raven, Starling, Eurasian Golden Oriole, Southern Grey Shrike, Woodchat Shrike, Rock Sparrow, Spanish Sparrow and Rock Bunting.
